How ordering works

Each product's WhatsApp button creates an enquiry. It does not reserve inventory, take payment or place a confirmed order. Our team confirms compatibility, availability, final prices, delivery charges and payment details before you agree to purchase.

Collect from our Nairobi depot or ask for delivery within Nairobi and other areas. Timing and charges depend on your location and the products requested.

Returns & product issues

Ask the team to confirm the applicable return and warranty terms before purchase. If something is wrong with your supply, contact us promptly with your product details, receipt and photographs so we can discuss the issue.

Your information

This website does not store customer accounts, orders or payment card details. Product enquiries are shared with the business only when you send them in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp opens with the selected product, quantity and product link. The details are shared when you send the message and are handled by WhatsApp as well as the business receiving it. Share only information needed to fulfil your enquiry.
